About Margaret

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey with more than 20 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting issues, career transitions, ADHD, OCD, and the effects of trauma and emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe every individual deserves to be treated with respect, empathy, and without judgment. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Because every person is unique, I tailor each treatment plan to meet your individual needs, goals, and personal values. Seeking support is a courageous first step toward creating the life you want. Whether you're navigating a difficult transition, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or simply looking for greater clarity and balance, I am here to help you build the skills and confidence to move forward. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life. Read more Show less
