About me

I am a doctoral level psychologist with 35 years of professional experience in psychology and neuropsychology in Maryland. I work with clients who struggle with stress, anxiety, low motivation, poor self confidence, strained coping skills, cognitive disorders, traumatic brain injury, post concussion symptoms, OCD, ADHD, adjusting to grief, and managing life changes. My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each client. This typically includes one or a combination of cognitive-behavioral, client centered, existential phenomenological, coping, and problem solving therapies. I believe that most people are the expert of their story and will work closely with you to strengthen and empower your journey toward enhanced well-being, life, and/or career goals. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
