I truly hold a passion for connecting with others in finding their identities, overcome their struggles, and process their experiences. Do you currently have a goal to increase self-awareness for better understanding of yourself? Do you experience intense emotions that feel difficult to manage on your own? My areas of experience/interest include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma.
