About me

Hi! My name is Lisa and I have been practicing in the field of Social Work and mental health close to 30 years. I have been afforded opportunities to work in a variety of settings. Some of the settings include Psychiatric inpatient, Community mental health clinics, Public School District( mental health) , Substance abuse and Geriatric health, to name just a few. I am energetic and have been described as , honest, caring , hardworking, upbeat ,open-minded, and knowledgeable. I have been known to utilize different therapeutic approaches depending on the concerns of the individual. I try to make each person feel as comfortable as possible. I treat everybody with the utmost respect, just the way I want to be treated. I am a good listener and I like others to feel like they are in a safe space when we are working together. I love to laugh and when appropriate, laughter can be quite healing. If you think based on this brief synopsis of myself, that I may be a good fit, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
