About me

Hi! My name is Lisa Fargnoli, and I am a LCSW/LICSW with 24 years experience in the field. I have worked with most populations, and my specialties are working with people who have PTSD, dementia/Alzheimer’s, anxiety, depression and family/relationship issues. I am an authorized Oasis trainer, so mindfulness is an important part of my practice, as it soothes us mentally and physically. My approach is warm, honest, interactive and using humor when appropriate. I believe in you and I want to help you, believing in yourself! You are not alone in your struggles! It takes courage to seek out changes for your life and I want to support you in your journey! “When you can’t look on the bright side, I’ll sit with you in the dark.” author unknown.
