I particularly enjoy helping people gain hope and recovery thru personal change. I enjoy partnering with my patients to work toward change. I believe in being genuine and meeting my patients where they are. I have a very much patient centered approach and do not believe in judgement. I normally use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral, Rational Emotive Therapy, Solution Focused and Mental Health Recovery and Wellness approaches. I will work with you to set up an individual plan for change and care. Together we will work toward your goals. It takes a great deal of courage to admit that what you have been doing is not working . It takes even more courage to ask for help. If you are at this point, I would really like to partner with you.
