About me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, licensed in Ohio. I have over 7 years experience in mental health counseling having worked with a variety of clients and client concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment, career challenges and parenting issues. I have experience in both the private practice and the college setting. A native of the Cleveland area, I earned my associates degree at a local community college before going on to Bowling Green State University for a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from John Carroll University. I have a passion for helping others and working with clients to use their history and experiences to guide them to a better future. My integratiive approach depends on a client’s needs, but I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychoeducation and Mindfulness.
