I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, and more. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue and approach therapy from a trauma-informed lens.
