About Linda

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor who has been practicing in Arizona for twenty years. My experience includes providing individual and group therapy to adults and adolescents in the areas of Life Management Skills, Mental Health Concerns, Career Path Development, Addictions, Domestic Violence, Relapse Prevention and Anger Management. I believe in a multi-modal therapeutic approach that assist clients in identifying and nurturing strengths they already possess. A strong therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is essential as well as a holistic approach to treatment that focuses on the mind , body and spirit in balance. It is my belief that a body in balance leads to greater self-esteem, self-awareness and self-acceptance. I look forward to working together with you. I assure you that I will provide a comforting, judgement free, and safe space that supports personal growth, healing and achievement. Read more Show less
