About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a variety of challenges, including addiction, anger management, low motivation, self-esteem and confidence issues, depression, and major life transitions. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive behavior therapy (REBT) to provide a flexible and personalized experience. Our dialogue and treatment plan will be tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change, we will work together to build clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling life takes courage. I’m honored to walk with you on that journey and look forward to working together.
