About me

I feel that therapy is about building a trusting relationship with a person, helping them outline what they’re looking for, and finding a way to get there. I have a master’s degree in counseling and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana. I have experience working with specific diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and more. More often, though, I work with those who just have “problems,” as everyone does at times. Emotional instability, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, addiction, career exploration, anger management, and sexual dysfunction are just a few such problems. I feel it is my duty to “work myself out of a job” – I want to help you build the tools and support network to reach your goals and sustain your progress with as much or as little support as you need. Basically, you tell me what you’re looking for, and we’ll work together to get you there!
