Hello! My name is Lauren, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My goal is to meet clients where they are at, and work together to develop meaningful and achievable goals. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
