A little about me: I am a New York licensed clinical social worker with over 17 professional years of experience working in schools, agencies and private practice settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues and family conflicts. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and solution focused. We will tailor a personalized plan to reach your goals in a safe and supportive environment. I will help you process emotions and learn coping skills to deal with everyday stressors and decrease symptoms. You’ve taken a chance in seeking treatment and that takes a lot of courage. I will be there to support you every step of the way. I’m looking forward to working together!
