I am a seasoned trauma based therapist who is passionate about helping you find your balance and better understand the "what? why? and how?" that impact your daily life. I prioritize psychoeducation and believe that by the time we are through, you should have the knowledge and skills to feel confident without me. I prioritize balance and compassion for the humanity of how we show up in the world while encouraging growth towards being our best selves. I hold certifications as a Clinical Trauma Professional and as a Sex Offender Treatment Provider and have specialized training in EMDR, DNMS, healing from religious trauma and high control groups, as well as psych based nutrition fundamentals.
