About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20yrs in the social services field. I have a lot of experience in working with school aged kids/adolescents, adults and families who struggle with issues related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, organization, self-esteem, and healthy relationships. I am also experienced in working with clients struggling with physical and/or emotional abuse. I would describe my therapy style as warm, engaging, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach stems from a strengths based perspective, while implementing therapeutic techniques, such as, psychotherapy, CBT, TFCBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Multi-systemic Therapy. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your specific goals. I am so proud of you for taking the first steps towards making a change. I am honored to walk beside you, as you move closer towards a happier, more fulfilling life. I look forward to working with you!
