About Kyra

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and a Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 6 years of professional experience supporting children, teens, and adults. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) ,trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives. I strive to create an open, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
