About Kyle

Maybe you are going through something that has left you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a cycle, or simply distanced from your self. I often work with adults & teens going through experiences of anxiety, trauma, low mood, addiction, codependency, spiritual deconstruction, ocd related disorders, and life transitions, to name a few, and I see both your resilience in these experiences but also that they can be very heavy to carry. In a world that doesn’t always invite in curiosity about these things, it can be isolating. I hope to shift that. Through acceptance and an extension of hope, we will work to get you back present in your body with balance, relief, and clarity to do the things you want to do most in life. I support a place to explore without judgement what makes up patterns, while you move towards rewriting beliefs, releasing burdens, and embracing more acceptance. You may find that joy, curiosity, and steady days come a bit more naturally as these things begin to lift. I often draw from mindfulness-based, internal family systems, EMDR, somatic, and thought-based practices like DBT or ACT, but I mainly just believe in the power of being seen and understood as the foundation. I look forward to meeting you! Read more Show less
