I believe in breaking down layers of stress in order to make the solutions more manageable and re-establish peace of mind. I am a State of Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Marriage and Family Therapist, EMDR trained, and have fifteen years of experience in the counseling field. In addition to counseling individuals, I am also experienced in counseling couples, adolescents, and families. Some of the struggles I have effectively helped clients overcome include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, adoption, infertility, eating disorders, stress management, cutting, family conflict, suicidal thoughts, ADHD, divorce, OCD, LGBT concerns, physical/emotional/sexual abuse, spiritual conflict, and post-traumatic stress.
