I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting adults through a variety of personal and emotional challenges. My approach is warm, supportive, and honest. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard and understood, while also being challenged to grow and make meaningful changes. I tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals, and for clients who desire it, I also incorporate faith into the therapeutic process. My goal is not to tell you what to do. Instead, I see myself as a guide who helps you better understand yourself, work through what is getting in the way, and move toward the life you want to live.
