About me

I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and ADHD. I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient treatment, college counseling, as well as in residential substance abuse treatment. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is humanistic, however I integrate elements from DBT, CBT, and solution focused as well. I believe the therapy process is unique to each individual, and look forward to working with you to creating a plan with you to help you to reach your goals. It is difficult to grow and change! I’m here to help you to help you. I look forward to working with you!
