About Korie

I am warm, down to earth, and pretty easy to talk to. I like to bring humor and personality into the therapy space because I believe you can do meaningful work without every session feeling heavy or overly clinical. I will meet you where you are, but I will also gently challenge you when I think it can help you grow. You can expect me to be genuine, supportive, and curious, and to create a space where you can show up as yourself without feeling like you have to have everything figured out. Your first session is really about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been going on in your life, and what you would like to get out of our time together. You do not have to come in knowing exactly what to say or where to start. I will ask questions, help guide the conversation, and give you space to share at your own pace. By the end, we will start identifying what you would like to work on and what support might look like moving forward. Read more Show less
