I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oklahoma. I have had many years of experience working with individuals and families in community mental health and private agency settings. However, I have been a therapist for 3 years now and counting. I absolutely love my job! I enjoy helping individuals and families conquer their goals towards living a healthier and better life. I hope to be able to do the same for you! I like to keep my therapy style genuine, positive and authentic because I want you to feel most comfortable during this process while providing the support you need. My therapeutic approach is solution-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based while drawing heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have worked with many struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life changing situations.
