About me

Hello, I am Kim and happy to meet you. I am open to hearing any questions. I received my MSW in 1997, and went on to get my license (LCSW) from there. Since then, I have worked with adults, including teens and older Adults, with a wide range of experience, including Depression, Trauma, Family, Relationship and Chronic Illness. I can do talk therapy, CBT, though will quickly move to Somatic awareness, which can be helpful, in a different way. I have studied the Hakomi Method and Brainspotting with David Grand, and have seen some powerful results. I create a safe place to be with you as you learn to accept yourself, while working towards deeper healing and goals that you would like to attain.
