About me

I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University.. I have worked in both private practice and public agencies. I enjoy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy as I help individuals overcome their challenges and accomplish their goals. I find joy in providing individuals and couples a safe and therapeutic atmosphere. I work with individuals who are trying to navigate stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, interpersonal challenges, and relationship issues.
