Homegrown and state educated in North Dakota and Minnesota. I am originally from Minnesota and North Dakota and live in Grand Forks North Dakota, but have a great understanding and knowledge of both states as I have lived in multiple parts of each state over the years. I am licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes.
