About me

Hello, my name is Kensey and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I attended West Texas A&M University where I studied psychology and fell in love with human behavior. I have always known throughout my life I wanted to help people in some way. Later, I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Chistian University in 2022. Throughout my clinical experience I have worked with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, as well as anger and impulsivity. The main approaches I like to use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral therapy which is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. I want to help you help yourself be the best you that you can possibility be. I look forward to getting to know you and assist you with your journey to change.
