I have extensive experience working with adults affected by life changing events stemming from divorce, trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse (individual or exposure within the family unit), anxiety and depression. My counseling style is empathic, empowering and strength-based. My approach utilizes a combination of evidence-based interventions depending on your individual need.
