Therapy offers reflection and redefines what is possible in your life. For nearly two decades I have been in position to see a number of individuals and families take advantage of the opportunity that therapy provides to create functional responses to the ups and downs of being alive. The therapeutic relationship is sacred to me because it is through the client-therapist connection that the mirror of self-awareness becomes clear.
