I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I have dedicated my clinical practice to treating children, youth, teens, and young adults who are facing challenges such as trauma, abuse, ADHD, and anxiety. I have helped many adults process through different phases of their life to navigate and facilitate change in a healthy and productive manner. To provide the highest level of care, I have pursued specialized training and certifications. I am a Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, allowing me to effectively address trauma-related concerns. Additionally, I am a Registered Play Therapist, utilizing play-based interventions to support children in expressing themselves and processing difficult emotions. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
