About Kelly

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in private practice, outpatient, and intensive outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, stress, trauma, and the many emotional challenges that can come with caring for others while trying to take care of yourself. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and relational. I believe you should feel both understood and supported, while also having a safe space to explore patterns, gain perspective, and make meaningful changes. I tailor therapy to each person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My work draws from cognitive-behavioral, family systems, mindfulness-based, and other evidence-informed approaches depending on what best fits your needs. I especially enjoy working with women, parents, and individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they have lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way. Whether you are navigating anxiety, a difficult season of life, relationship or parenting challenges, or simply want to better understand yourself and create healthier patterns, therapy can provide a place to slow down and work through those things with support. As a Christian therapist, I am also comfortable incorporating faith into therapy when it is meaningful to you. I believe therapy should honor the whole person-including your values, relationships, experiences, and faith-while meeting you exactly where you are. Reaching out for support takes courage. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and equipped to move toward a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and fulfilling. I look forward to getting to know you and walking alongside you in this process. Read more Show less
