About me

I am licensed as a LCSW in Oklahoma with 13 years of professional work experience. This experience involves mental health assessment and diagnostic services, individual/group therapy, and community engagement/trainings and outreach. My areas of focus include working with clients to identify, manage, and develop coping strategies when experiencing stress/anxiety, living with trauma, and anger management. My experience comes from providing treatment both in the private and Government sector in addition to working with Bipolar Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression and Schizophrenia in addition to family therapy. I believe that you have the skills, knowledge, and strength to overcome challenges that impact your life; my role is to show you how to bring your strengths out to cope and succeed. Seeking out assistance when something feels off can be scary and intimidating, so I am here to ensure this process is rewarding when the work is done.
