About me

At the end of the day, my training all begins and ends with a trusted, authentic relationship. While I often rely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based approaches, I incorporate a variety of tools into the therapeutic process. My goal is to understand how our patterned thoughts, emotions, and behavior often get stuck and how to retrain our mind to create new pathways and connections that can lead to new behaviors and emotional break through. I also utilize research on how our brain and body are connected to how we experience daily life. All while providing a safe and accepting space to walk-through life’s challenges.
