About Keith
Hello, my name is Keith Brown and I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years experience helping people create positive change in their lives. Creating a nonjudgmental, open and caring space for therapy has always been a corner stone of my practice. I truly believe that my clients are the real experts on themselves and as a therapist it is my role to partner with them as they overcome adversity or strive for a new goal. While my clients have sometimes shared similar concerns, like depression, attention deficit, trauma and or anxiety, each client has been their own unique person and deserving of individualized care. Over my career, I have had many opportunities to work with clients from diverse family and cultural backgrounds.
My therapeutic style is draws from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational therapy, Task Centered Practice and Mindfulness. I am flexible in my approach to adapt to the needs of the individuals I am working with. I am more the open to feedback to better fit the needs of my clients.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
