About Kathryn

YOU are ENOUGH! I empower clients to believe they are enough. Life is messy and unfair however benefits are endless in challenges, however, hard to recognize. I offer clients opportunities and a pathway to discover their strengths and gain confidence through lives challenges. In our sessions we will explore unhealthy thought patterns adopted throughout life which are incongruent in reaching clients goals. We will focus on what is in your control and how to respond in a less reactive way. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in addition to Solution Focused. I specialize in working with adults in transitional stages of life: grief and loss, divorce, parenthood, just to name a few. I am certified in Maternal Mental Health, working with pregnant and postpartum women, along with dads. I have raised 4 adult children in the last 28 years giving me unique experiences to support other parents. I also have a rural background as I was raised on a dairy farm in rural Kansas. I am looking forward to connecting and supporting clients throughout lives challenges, recognizing their strengths and abilities. Read more Show less
