About me

I am a mental health therapist licensed in Michigan with over 5 years of experience working with substance use and co-occurring disorders. I have assisted clients with depression and anxiety, relapse prevention, codependency and other mental health diagnoses. I believe that each client is the expert of their own life, and it is my job to assist them in achieving their goals through empowerment and self-determination. Utilizing motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused perspectives and trauma informed practices I partner with each client to create a person-centered plan to make their desired ambitions a reality. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
