I am licensed in Indiana with over 19 years of professional work experience. I’ve had the honor of watching clients take steps to change their life and experience a unique hopefulness that comes with reaching out and stepping closer to their goal. I’ve helped clients affected by a variety of issues, including, but not limited to: trauma and abuse, stress and anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, and grief/loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe that clients are the expert of themselves and my role in their journey is to offer extra tools to improve that journey. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. Please note, that preference for treatment is live video calls. Flexibility exists in scheduling outside of the minimum hours I have listed online, simply by contacting me from within this platform and letting me know timeframes which work best for you, I will do my best to be accommodating.
