My name is Kasey Tanari and I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with experience working with children and families. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, ADHD, ODD, depression, and relationship issues. I have also worked with individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse. I understand the effects that anxiety and depression can have on everyday living and functioning. My counseling style is friendly and interactive. I believe everyone deserves respect as they learn new skills and process through life’s challenges. Generally, I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy. Adjustments can be made to best meet your specific needs throughout our time together.
