About Karen

I am a therapist licensed in Missouri who has been practicing for over six years. I have experience in working with various range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, attachment disorders, substance abuse, sexual issues, and LGBTQIA + populations. I also have experience work with couples and family systems. My counseling approach is warm, open and interactive. I enjoy working with each client to create a unique treatment plan that will ultimately help each client achieve their individual goals. I believe in coming to each session from a place of non-judgment and warm acceptance for where my clients are in their lives and what goals they are trying to achieve. I incorporate approaches from solution focused therapy, EMDR, narrative, DBT and feminist therapies to create a unique treatment approach with each client. Seeking treatment is a step that requires courage and when you are ready to take that step I am here and excited to help you on your journey. Read more Show less
