With over 11 years of clinical experience, I work with high-functioning adults who may appear to have everything together on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, overthinking, low self-confidence, or feeling stuck. My approach is collaborative, strategic, and action-oriented. I believe that insight is important, but lasting change happens when insight is paired with practical implementation.
