About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has had over 12 years of experience working with children, youth, transition age youth and adults. I provide individual, family and couples therapy for adults. I believe the trusting relationship between therapist and client is one of the most powerful tools of treatment. I provide a humanistic and strength based approach to my work to build confidence to work towards goals. I have a great deal of experience working with trauma survivors and those who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and suicidal thoughts. I believe that everyone deserves someone who supports them, trusts them and has confidence that they are able to meet their goals. I act as a guide, advocate, teacher of skills and most importantly a caring human being for all.
