My areas of specialty embrace the treatment modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with children and adults who want to address their anxiety, the Gottman principles of couples counseling for issues involving your relationship and Dialectical Behavior Therapy with adolescents and adults who seek to improve their stress tolerance skills. I have been working in the field of Mental Health for 20 years. I am privileged to sit down and talk with my clients to create a plan for treatment that will work for them.
