About me

I am Licensed Professional Counselor South Carolina (2018) with over 11 years of clinical experience in the mental health arena. My clinical interests lie in the area of marriage and family dynamics, including marriage, divorce, adoption, foster families, and blended families. I am also experienced working with disorders seen in childhood and adolescence such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and other mood-related disorders. In recent years, I have done some work with trauma survivors who want to regain control of their life. I do work with teens and young adults who identify as LGBTQIA+. I obtained my BS degree in Psychology in 2005 from Fayetteville State University and MA in Counseling in 2009 from Webster University. With my educational background combined with clinical experience working with diverse populations in many different settings, I feel that I can assist patients from different backgrounds navigate through life.
