About me

I am a licensed psychologist and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of West Virginia. I have been working in the field of mental health for over 20 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, and life transitions. My therapy style is warm, interactive, and engaged. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, family systems, and client centered treatment. I create custom treatment plans for individuals in an effort to provide the best type of care. It is very important to me that clients feel accepted, heard, empowered, and respected throughout our work together. I believe therapy is a great first step in establishing support and movement in our lives. It takes courage and strength to start therapy and I look forward to creating positive relationships in our work.
