About me

I am a licensed professional counselor (she/her) in South Carolina, and have been working as a therapist with individuals and groups for over eight years. Things can feel overwhelming at times, and I’d like to help you lift the weight of life’s struggles. Change can be difficult, however, so is staying in the same place. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, OCD, and ADHD. My most preferred therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with related evidence-based techniques. My therapy style is one of acceptance, genuineness, and positive regard. I aim to empower you to work through challenging situations with fortitude and resilience. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I look forward to meeting you, and to providing guidance and support on your journey of balance and healing.
