I am a therapist focused on issues facing people at all stages of life looking to grow. I have a background in substance abuse, stress and anxiety, disabilities, ADHD and focus issues. I focus on providing a collaborative approach to help you identify the obstacles you are facing and develop strategies to overcome these. I live in Indianapolis IN. I grew up here and moved back after living in Chicago for a few years. I completed my education at University of Indianapolis.
