Life is a challenge and sometimes it is best to talk to a professional stranger. I am a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) stranger and counseling for me is all about the relationship between the client or clients and counselor. The relationship must include respecting the client and creating a bond that is meaningful and impactful. I specialize in telehealth counseling, and I use an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, person-centered, mindfulness and others.
