About Joly

Hello and welcome! It is common to have hesitations and apprehensions about seeking help, so congratulations for taking that giant first step! By working together, I am hoping to help you find a sense of relief, and confidence to meet life’s challenges head on. I have worked in the mental health profession for 12 years, and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 9 years. In that time, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and couples, who are experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, domestic violence, relationship issues, trauma and grief, just to name a few. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients, with a nonjudgmental space for you to draw on your own strengths to create the life you desire. My approach to therapy is person centered with Cognitive Behavioral techniques, while working alongside clients to develop an individualized treatment plan to meet their unique needs. You are your own expert, and I want to help facilitate growth and empower you to work through life’s issues in a healthy way. I am looking forward to working with you! Read more Show less
