About me

I’m looking for the client who needs a change. We all hit a point sometimes where life isn’t going how we envisioned it for ourselves. Whether you’re not quite sure how to make change happen, or you just want help making the change, I’m here to support you on that journey. I work with adults and adolescents and tailor my approach to each individual’s needs. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Multisystemic Therapy. I tend to take a behavioral approach, with a focus on how our thoughts and feelings guide our day-to-day actions, and how breaking unhealthy cycles can lead to more satisfaction in life.
