I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor specializing in individual and group therapy [mental health and substance abuse. I have held social work/substance use counseling, as well as providing those services in various state government positions and private practice. I have over 30 years combined experience as an addictions counselor and clinical social worker, and is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. I am an interactive, strengths-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges utilizing their latent strengths. I integrate cognitive reality, and strengths-based techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
