Years of providing counseling therapy have led me to one conclusion; If you want your life to work, you must be willing to address your priorities and decide what you are willing and able to change about yourself. When you evaluate and realign your priorities, you can begin to heal from the wounds you have sustained. You will experience reduced anxiety and more stable mood. My sessions are designed to support you in addressing priorities and ensure you know you are loved and an important part of the human experience. What you let into your head, goes directly into your heart. I believe that it is the clear and deliberate review of priorities, the intention to heal and grow; the unconditional love of others; and the energy of community that results in the deepest level of healing, in the least amount of time, for the greatest number of people. ​For this reason, I offer therapeutic counseling services to adults and mature adolescents that address priorities and impact the mind, body and spirit of my clients. I firmly believe that when one individual makes the choice to heal, grow, address their priorities, around them receives healing energy.
